At Burrabella, each lot has a generous building envelope, which means you have more space on which to build your house, shed or other structure.

  • Burrabella will have its own community scheme managing lots, common areas and the non-potable water reticulation system supplied to your boundary.
  • As with any rural development, provision of potable water (water tanks) and disposing of sewerage will be your responsibility.
